R&P consulting is the sub-company of Zhejiang zhongning business co., ltd., which is a member of zhongning group.  Zhongning group possesses several investment companies and holding companes.
Choonee Group was developed from Nin Bo Free Trade Zone Zhongning Yaolian Chemical Co. Ltd. which was founded in 1992  with a registered capital of 5 million RMB in the form of joint venture with　China National Pharmaceutical Industy Co.,ltd. On 6th ,April ,2000 it turned into a sole proprietorship enterprise.

In 1980 Zhe Jiang Xin Chang Woolen Co. Ltd was founded with a  registered capital of 18 million RMB as a state-owned company, and in 1997 it turns into a joint stock copration while Choonee Group holds 51% of the share .

In 1994 Xin Chang Wei Kang Da Biologics Co. Ltd was founded with a registered capital of 5 million RMB , focus on producing food nutrition and feed additives.

In 2000 Taizhou Hengfeng Pharmaceutical&Chemical Co. was founded with a registered capital of 5 million RMB while Choonee Group holds 30% of the share. It focus on finechemical intermediates.
 
In 2004 Xin Chang Choonee Power Apparatus Co. Ltd . was founded with a registered capital of 5 million RMB, mainly focus on coal , intermediates and other dangerous chemicals.

In Jan ,2002 set up Zhejiang zhongning Co. Ltd .
